Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns:


Gears Depot will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNALTERED and free of DAMAGES by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days of from the receipt of original order or 7 days after receiving the item. Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all tags and must be in their original packaging.


1a. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2a. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3a. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4a. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5a. We have a strict no refund policy on promotional sold products.

6a. We do not provide refunds on promotionally sold scissors, scissors sets, scissors sold on sale price.


No refunds accepted because you refuse to accept the parcel on delivery time, mainly because the scissors were handmade for you and we have to pay full custom tax on returns.

 

Refunds:


Once we receive your item with 14 days from the receipt of original order or 7 days after receiving the item., we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Manufacturing Defect:


Gears Depot has a replacement warranty in place, if there is a manufacturing defect found in of products. We would replace the defective item free of cost only if a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.


Shipping:


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Customs:


We are not liable or responsible for the taxes and custom charges imposed by your country and you are solely liable to pay all extra import, custom charges or tax duties imposed by your country.

Refusing to pay your import, custom charges or tax duties will make your customs regulatory authority to revert/reroute/reexport the package back to our country which will significantly make us lose the shipping charges we initially paid on it to send it to you, plus the return shipping and taxes paid by the custom regulatory authority in your country and the import, custom charges or tax duties we have to pay in our country to receive your return package.
